STEP 7: Percent Body Fat. Determine the percent body fat by finding the Soldier's circumference value (value listed in STEP 5) and height in inches (value listed in STEP 6) in Figure B-5 of AR 600-9 (Sept 2006). the percent body fat is the value that intercepts the circumference value and height in inches as listed in Figure B-5 of AR 600-9 (Sept 2006). this is the Soldier's PERCENT BODY FAT.
